Class Policies


Admin Hours

Monday – Friday | 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM

You may sign up for our classes and send your inquiries online anytime. However, inquiries sent after admin hours will be addressed the following work day. Calls will likewise be taken only within business hours.


Wednesday - Friday | 10:00 AM to 5:00 PM

Saturday - Sunday | 9:00 AM to 6:30 PM

Reservation & Payment

Your slot/s will be reserved for FIVE (5) WORKING DAYS after signing up, and will be confirmed once we receive proof of payment. After the 5-day window, our system will automatically cancel your reservation. However, if you need more time to settle, you may request for an extension by sending us an email.

Once payment has been settled, the student should be able to take the class/es within SIX (6) MONTHS, otherwise the class fee & reserved slot will be forfeited.

Attendance & Overtime

Please arrive for your class on time. Those who come in 45 MINUTES late will no longer be admitted to the class and should be rescheduled to the next available time slot. Crucial topics are discussed during the first 45 minutes, therefore students will have trouble catching up with the rest of the class.

Scheduled hours for all classes and studio rentals will be observed. NO OVERTIME.

Rescheduling & Last Minute Cancellations of Private Classes

In case you can’t make it to the class you signed up for, please notify our admin (within office hours) at least 24 HOURS IN ADVANCE and arrange for rescheduling of your class. You will be given a confirmed slot to another schedule that is more convenient for you.

However, for NO SHOW and LAST MINUTE RESCHEDULING especially for scheduled private classes, there will be a rescheduling fee of PhP500 to cover instructor and studio fees. Class fees are non-refundable unless the studio cancels.

Force Majeure

All students of cancelled classes due to bad weather can be granted a full refund of their class fees or opt to take the rescheduled date of the class.

Frequently Asked Questions

How do I register?

To register for a class, please fill up the registration form. We will then get back to you shortly via email to confirm registration and to set a schedule. Students may also contact us at to manually register.


How do I pay?

We accept payments via BPI bank deposit, BDO bank deposit or PayPal. Account details can be found on the registration forms.


When is deadline of payment?

Payment must be made within FIVE (5) WORKING DAYS after registration.


Can I cancel a class?

Yes, students may cancel a class 24 HOURS IN ADVANCE and re-schedule their class to the next available date. No shows and last minute cancellations especially for scheduled private classes will incur a fee of PhP500 to cover instructor and studio fees.


How do I get to your studio?

Our studio is located on the Second level of Building No. 22 Malingap Street, Teacher’s Village, Quezon City. For directions, you may search for Studio 925 on Google Maps or Waze.


Can I schedule a class on a date not listed on your site?

Yes, to make an appointment, please contact us via email or phone.


I studied basic silversmithing elsewhere and want to continue my training at your studio.  Can I enroll for intermediate and advanced classes?

Yes! Students who’ve had previous training in silversmithing may register for our intermediate and advanced classes.


Do you sell silver?

Yes, we sell 925 sterling silver per gram. Other metals such as brass and gold are also available.


Can I rent your studio for practice or to work on my own projects?

Yes, students may rent our studio for PhP300 per hour. That includes use of all tools and consumables. Metals to be used for projects may be bought at the studio.


Do I get a discount if I register for more than one class?

Unless otherwise stated on the registration page, no discounts will be granted for multiple sign ups. Do keep an eye out for promos though!


Is my slot/reservation transferable?

Yes, you may have someone else attend the workshop you signed up for.
